Product Sales and Finance Specialist Region 1 & 2
Position will be located in Duluth
The Product Sales & Finance Specialist provides oversight and coordination in all phases of the council’s product sales and finance function in an assigned geographic area(s). This including developing an integrated execution plan, mapping out and coordinating logistical support,
engaging and overseeing volunteers, ensuring adherence to safety and risk management guidelines, and maintaining materials and inventory. The Product Sales and Finance Specialist works collaboratively with regional team(s) to promote the Girl Scout Leadership Experience to grow and sustain membership.

Position Summary: The Program Specialist is responsible for applying expert knowledge of girls, girl issues, the Girl Scout Leadership Experience, and the National Program Portfolio to support volunteers and partners in delivering high quality program experiences to a growing number and diversity of girls. The Program Specialist is responsible to assure that programs are developed, planned, delivered and evaluated in a manner that recruits and sustains membership within an assigned geographic area of the council. She/he represents and extends Girl Scouting in the community through presentations, collaborative efforts, networking, and ensuring the Girl Scout program is accessible throughout assigned jurisdiction as well as across demographic groups. The Program Specialist works collaboratively with the Membership, Volunteer, and Product Sales and Finance Specialists within assigned areas to grow and sustain membership.
