Ropes Course Rental
Camp Shingobee Timbers offers a High Ropes Course for groups to participate in. The 3 options available give your group the flexibility to create your own experience.
Throughout your experience, your group will be able to develop the following skills: fairness, cooperation, communication, honesty, inclusion, trust, support, cohesiveness, consideration, patience and team work.
The course is available to rent during the fall (Aug.-Oct) and spring (Mar-May) seasons.
Option 1: High/Low Ropes Course- Full Day
Participants will be lead through both individual and team challenges including a range of elements and activities that build teamwork. Facilitators will guide debriefing sessions at the end of the program. Possible elements include: Climbing Wall, Zip Line, Flying Squirrel, Traversing lines, Repelling, Giants Ladder, all aboard, whale watch, spider web, team wall and initiative activities. Length of Program: 8 hours

Option 2: High/Low Ropes Course- Partial Day
Participants will be lead through a group teambuilding experiences that will build courage, confidence, and character. Groups will have the opportunity to use at least 3 elements. Facilitators will guide a debriefing session at the end of the program. Option 3: High Ropes Course Sampler
A sampler session on the High Ropes Course. Your group will be able to work on team work and individual successes on our climbing wall and zip line. Facilitators will guide a debriefing session at the end of the program.

The cost per person covers the facilitator and all equipment. Facilitators are trained following ACCT (Association for Challenge Course Technology), ACA (American Camp Association), and Girl Scout Safety-Wise guidelines.
How to Reserve the Ropes Course
1. Complete a Program Registration form.
2. Your request must be 1 month prior to your requested date.
3. You will be contacted by a member of the Outdoor Program Team to discuss the unique needs of your group and choose the best option for your activity or event. A confirmation will be provided at this time.
4. A $100 deposit is required once the reservation is confirmed, and full payment is due 2 weeks prior to the event.
