Join or Renew Online

If you are new to Girl Scouts, you can create your membership profile and process your payment on our online registration website.

If you are a past or current member of Girl Scouts of Minnesota and Wisconsin Lakes and Pines, you can login and renew your membership online.

To use the GSMWLP online registration system (eBiz), you must first create an online account which allows you to create a Username and Password that you will use to login for all subsequent visits to eBiz.

If this is your first time accessing the eBiz system after August 10, 2013, you will need to complete this process even if you have created an account in the past.

As of August 10, 2013, parents of girl members under the age of 18 will no longer need to access their daughter’s individual eBiz accounts.

  • Adults who are designated as the Guardian 1 for their daughter(s) will have access to the Family Management areas from their own individual accounts.  As a Family Manager, Guardian 1’s will now have the same access and capabilities that were previously only available to Troop Leaders.
  • Designated 01 Troop Leaders will continue to have access to Troop Management.
  • Adults who are both Guardian 1’s and Troop Leaders will have access to both areas of management.

**If you do not see your children when you create your account, please contact the Help Desk at the number/email listed below.

***When entering your city, please spell out the name (example:  St Cloud = Saint Cloud).

We currently are only able to accept full payment for memberships on our registration site.  Payment must be made using a credit card.

If you are going to be paying using cash, check, cookie dough or with financial assistance, please complete a membership form.  You can then send in your membership and/or financial assistance form(s), dues summary form and any money owed to our Waite Park office.

Ways to be a Girl Scout

With guidance from parents or guardians, girls choose how to experience Girl Scouts.  There are two ways to be a Girl Scout:

Independently as a Girl Scout Juliette - As an individual girl member, Girl Scout Juliettes do activities with a parent, caregiver or other special adult.  A Juliette is not part of a troop and can participate in all programs, camps, cookie sale, and activities for her grade level with her adult mentor.  Check out the Girl Scout Juliette Guidebook.

Troop. A group of girls who are part of a Troop meet once or twice a month to do Girl Scout activities together. The parents, caregivers and/or other caring adult volunteers come together to make Girl Scouting happen with the girls.

After registering online, please let us know if your girl is interested in participating in Girl Scouts as a Juliette or as a member of a troop by sending a quick e-mail to with your girl’s name, grade, school or home school, and town.  We will connect you with the Girl Scout Membership Specialist in your area.

If you have questions on how to register online, please give us a call at 800-955-6032, Monday through Friday 8:30-5:30 pm cst.  You can also email for assistance.  Please allow up to 1 business day for a response.
