Girls choose their own workshops at the first annual Girl

Scouts Health Fair. We'll explore all aspects of being healthy:

from nutrition and exercise to relationships and stress relief.

Experience a self defense session, advice from a nutritionist,

kickboxing, anti-bullying information, how to be a better

friend, yoga, massage, or how to make healthy snacks. Girls

will even have a chance to choose sessions based on the

different Journeys. The choice is yours! Cost includes lunch,

snack, program sessions, activity patch.

Cost: $32 girl (Girls may use $15 in Cookie Dough), $10 adult
