Corporate Resolutions and the Troop Bank Account Record Form

 Are you making changes to your troop’s banking account?  Changing the signers on the account or perhaps even changing banks?  If so, please contact Carol Weis to have an updated Corporate Resolution sent to the bank.  All Girl Scout bank accounts must have at least two signers, and ALL signers must be registered adult Girl Scouts -- no exceptionsTo request an updated Corporate Resolution, please email cweis@gslakesandpines.org or call 320-247-4563 with the names of the signers, the fax number of the bank, and a bank contact name to put on the fax.  Corporate Resolutions are usually sent out the same day they are requested.
