On Sunday, November 9, 50 girls marched in the Veteran's Parade in St. Cloud and participated in a social event. The girls brought about 50 family members, volunteers, and members of the Green Hat Society to join them. Girl Scouts were one of 35 different community groups involved in this event, held annually on the campus of the VA Medical Center and Apollo High School, supported by the St. Cloud Times.

There was a short program during the line up time where girls sang songs, heard about what's soldiers eat when they are deployed (MRE), and reflected about the contributions our veteran's have made.

Thank you to everyone who participated in this event!
